Grass Finished Beef

NOW OFFERING BEEF SHARES!!!

Our cattle are raised in the foothills of Southern California where they live their whole lives on pasture.  They are grass fed and finished and you won't find them in a feedlot!  They are raised with the utmost care and respect for their well being and the land they draw their sustenance from. 

Because we raise them in batches of 2-3 at a time, availability is limited. Sponsors are first come, first serve.  We collect deposits up to 6 months in advance to ensure each family receives their share of beef.

We sell the cut and packaged beef for $12.50/lb.  A quarter of beef comes out to about 100lbs of finished (cut and packaged) meat.  Upon harvest, you will work directly with our butcher to decide on thickness of certain cuts, how many pieces per package, etc. 

Deposit on a quarter beef comes to $625
Remaining balance is calculated when the final product comes in. It is due upon pickup from the farm.
